A Sonic Akeidah

The characters in this retelling are from the Sonic video game. Chaos represents G-d in our play. Knuckles is Abraham and Rogue is Sarah. Emeral is Isaac.

Act 1, Scene 1:

Abraham's home in Cannan.

Chaos:

"Knuckles!"

Knuckles:

"Yah? What Chaos?"

Chaos:

"Your sacrifice is extremely overdue. You must do it now or I will sue you!"

Knuckles heads home.

Knuckles:

"I'm going to bring Emeral on a long, long, long, long, long, long, long walk camping trip."

Rogue:

"Okay. Be back whenever."

Knuckles went with Sonic and Tails and Emeral to the top of Mount Moriah.

Chaos:

"Where is your sacrifice?"

Knuckles

"It's right here, already strapped down to the table."

Chaos:

"Are you insane? You can't sacrifice him. Take the ugly looking ram over in that bush, right now you crazy psychopath."

In the end, Knuckles, Chaos, Sonic and Tails are happy but Emeral is angry, so he blew up the world!
